Lechia Gdańsk welcomes PG4 as new Prestige Zone partner
Lechia Gdańsk has secured a new Prestige Zone catering partner ahead of the 2026/27 Ekstraklasa season, with PG4 Restaurant Brewery taking over food and beverage services in the Prestige Silver and Prestige Gold areas at Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk. The deal aims to elevate VIP matchday experiences for supporters and business guests alike. The team currently sits 16th in the Ekstraklasa table with 38 points from 34 games (12W-7D-15L) and has lost its last five matches in a row.
What happened?
Lechia Gdańsk has announced a partnership with PG4 Restaurant Brewery, which will provide catering in the club’s two top-tier hospitality zones from the 2026/27 season onward. PG4, a Gdańsk institution known for its craft beers including the recreated historic Jopen brew, joins Lechia’s growing list of partners. The team, managed by an unnamed head coach, has conceded 65 goals and scored 62 this term, leaving them 22 points behind league leaders Lech Poznań with five straight defeats.
Why it matters for Lechia Gdańsk
The collaboration with PG4 aligns with Lechia’s push to enhance matchday experiences for VIP guests. The Prestige zones, frequented by corporate clients and loyal fans, will now feature menus designed by the restaurant’s culinary and bar teams. PG4 is more than a dining spot-it’s a symbol of Gdańsk’s heritage, housed in a restored historic building near the Main Railway Station where the original Jopen beer recipe was revived.
Alex Kalwitzki, Commercial Director of Lechia Gdańsk, said: “We are delighted to begin our partnership with PG4. Together, we look forward to a season full of exciting sporting moments while providing our supporters with the highest quality hospitality in our Prestige Zones. I am confident that working with such a respected local brand will further elevate the matchday experience at Lechia Gdańsk and make every visit to our hospitality areas even more special.”
What comes next?
PG4 will also host Lechia supporters for away match screenings at its venue, offering a 20% discount to fans who show their Lechia scarf. Max Zieliński, Vice President of the Management Board of PG4, added: “PG4 is a family business. Our family has been connected with Gdańsk for generations, and we have always supported Lechia. That’s why this partnership means much more to us than business. We want both residents and supporters to know that PG4 is a place to meet, share emotions and enjoy the very best atmosphere for watching Lechia.”
Lechia Gdańsk currently sits 16th in the Ekstraklasa table, 22 points behind leaders Lech Poznań, with 38 points from 34 games (12 wins, 7 draws, 15 losses) and five consecutive defeats. The team’s last win came on 23 May 2026 against Nieciecza, a 3-2 victory. The PG4 partnership aims to boost hospitality standards and strengthen ties between the club and the local community.
