Lechia Gdansk is a club that has undergone many changes recently. One of them is the departure of Radosław Bella, who joined the staff of Pavel Hapal at Sigma Olomouc. Bella will serve as the second assistant coach. Radosław Bella did not belong to the group of former football stars who quickly moved to the coaching bench after the end of their careers. His path was completely different. For years, he worked mainly with youth and reserves. Most of his career was spent in Legnica. In Miedź, he earned the reputation of one of the most interesting young generation coaches in Poland. Lechia Gdansk was his next stop. Bella joined Lechia Gdansk, where he worked in the staff of Szymon Grabowski, with whom Biało-Zielony managed to return to Ekstraklasa. After Grabowski's dismissal, Bella remained in the club. He even led the team in one match as a temporary coach. The end of his adventure in Gdańsk was very painful. Lechia was relegated from Ekstraklasa, and Bella bid farewell to the club with an emotional post. Now Bella will join Sigma Olomouc, where he will work with Pavel Hapal. The Czech coach is well known to Polish fans, as he coached Zagłębie Lubin from 2011 to 2013. Bella will be working outside of Poland for the first time. The new stage in the career of the 38-year-old coach will begin soon.
